1Fでは、オーガニックコーヒーとスペシャルティコーヒーを一杯ずつ丁寧に提供。
サンドイッチなどの軽食、自家製の焼き菓子やスイーツも揃う。

2Fと3Fはメンバー制のコワーキングスペースで、静かに集中できる環境と、気分転換に使えるバルコニーを備えている。

多様な働き方に対応できるよう、ドロップイン利用と月額メンバーシップの両方を用意。
月額会員にはドリンクチケットが付与され、カフェの利用もしやすい設計となっている。
日々の仕事と自然につながる、心地よい「セカンドプレイス」を提案している。

OVER COFFEE HUB is a three-storey space, 3 minutes from Kichijoji Station.
The ground floor café serves organic and specialty coffee, along with light meals and house-made sweets.

The 2nd and 3rd floors are quiet, members-only workspaces, with a balcony for breaks.

Drop-in and monthly plans are available. Monthly members receive drink tickets.

A calm, flexible space that fits into your daily rhythm.

縛りがない：入会は日割りで開始できます。退会は月20日までにお申し出いただくと、その月末で終了となります。20日以降は翌月末の扱いとなります。

Options: Lockers and mailboxes for contract holders, corporate registration, 2F rental discount
